If a tenant is required the tenant find fee would apply. 15% is 18% including VAT.

*If your tenant has rent arrears, claiming housing benefit or has any other tenancy issue we will charge a £250 inc VAT transfer fee. If you require tenant referencing this will be charged at £150 per tenant inc VAT. Some options incur an additional charge.
