Coronavirus (Covid 19) Response

At what is an uncertain time, we understand that everyone will have differing concerns and priorities.

 

The landscape in relation to COVID-19 is changing daily but we wish to reassure our clients that United Lettings Group Ltd instigated a comprehensive business continuity plan to ensure we are able to provide an uninterrupted service.

 

Following guidance from the government on the 23.03.2020 our staff are now working remotely from home and will be continuing to manage properties. We have suspended all property inspections to minimise unnecessary contact, these will resume as soon as the government updates their advice.

 

Following new government advice on the 13.05.2020 we are now able to resume some services, these are subject to social distancing and following guidance for hand washing etc. We will resume property viewings and home moves from 18.05.2020. Whilst we are resuming viewings tenants wishing to view will need to follow strict guidelines, including hand washing before and after viewing (hand sanitiser if soap not available) keeping 2 meters apart and not touching surfaces in properties. Our staff will be using wipes and sprays on door handles to minimise risk, however we cannot eliminate the risk fully all we can do is follow government guidance and try and minimise risk for all involved.

 

Our telephone lines and email remain open and our normal hours of operation remain the same – 9am to 5pm Monday to Friday. We will be dealing with any emergency maintenance to the best of our abilities and subject to contractor availability.
