our basic tenant find package is for you. We
are confident our tenant find basic service is the most comprehensive
in the North East for the fee charged. Our fee includes: rental valuation,
all the online and local press marketing required to secure a quality
tenant, accompanied viewings, full tenant referencing and credit checking,
tenancy agreement set up and standing order mandate creation.
Service in detail
We
will market your property on the UK’s leading property portals,
including, Rightmove.co.uk, Zoopla.co.uk, propertyindex.com, Primelocation.com,
Findaproperty.com and Northeastletting.co.uk
Your property
will be advertised in the North East House Hunter, Journal Homemaker,
Sunderland Echo, Durham Advertiser, North East Times and Accent Magazine
An eye-catching
To Let board can be erected at your property (if required)
We will carryout
all viewings at the property
Once we have
located a suitable tenant full references and credit checks will be carried
out
We will produce
all tenancy agreements and a standing order mandate
We will collect
one months rent and a security deposit from the tenant, this will be transferred
to your nominated bank account
Tenants will sign documents and collect keys from one of our branches.
We then provide
the landlord with all documents relating to the new tenancy
*This package does not include the following services: tenant check in,
written/photographic inventory, taking meter readings and informing utility
