Our Management Only package is designed for Landlords who have already let their property and now want someone else to look after the day-to-day management or for Landlords who are unhappy with the service they are currently receiving from their agent. From receiving your instructions we aim to transfer full management within 24 hours. We will contact the existing tenant and/or agent and arrange the full transfer to take place, all you need to do is provide us with the property address and tenant name.
